My name is Benjamin Viola, and I am currently working on my Eagle Scout Project for the Discovery Cube children's museum in Santa Ana, California (www.discoverycube.org). For my project I am installing a Rescue Station including an Automated External Defibrillator, Stop the Bleed supplies for severe bleeding of multiple victims, Narcan to rescue opioid overdose victims, signage, and additional supportive rescue gear. I will be involved in developing educational videos addressing lifesaving bystander rescue skills for the more than 100 staff. This project is important to me because it will help ensure that visitors and staff are prepared in case of a medical emergency before EMS arrives. It could truly save lives.

The funds I raise will be tax deductible and be applied directly to providing the lifesaving devices and providing staff with the knowledge they need through online video training. I hope to make a lasting impact on the safety of the more than 500,000 annual visitors to the Cube.
