IMMACULAWN LLC is a small mom & son, family-owned business. The owner Jerome Clare has been in business for 30 years with some loyal customers being with them for 25+ years. Their client base is in Indian Village, the east side of Detroit, and the Grosse Pointes.

On June 16th, two individuals broke into their equipment trailer, causing a couple hundred dollars of damage to the trailer and stealing $3,000 worth of equipment. Because of the properties they maintain in Detroit and the high premiums, they maintain a high deductible policy that is mainly to cover any liability issues, not necessarily equipment. They are working with a Detroit detective to find the vandals but are not hopeful that they will be able to retrieve any of their equipment.
