URGENT: Save Iman and Her Family In Gaza

Hello everyone! Peace be upon you. My name is Cordelia Hanson, I am a 19 year old college student studying in the field of social work. I am from Houston, Texas in the United States.

Iman Abu Daqqa is a 35 year old mother and wife. She has a loving husband named Omar, and five beautiful children. Her oldest, her daughter Hala, is 15 years old. Her second oldest is Ibrahim, who is 13, followed by Mohammed who is 10. Her two youngest children are Zain, who has just turned 8 years old, and Kenaz, her youngest daughter, who celebrated her 4th birthday in June. They are a family of seven who have lost everything, including their home, Omar’s two businesses and over 10 family members.

Iman reached out to me in late May, via Instagram, explaining the atrocities of her situation and asking me to create a GoFundMe campaign for her.

Since the 7th of October, Iman and her family have been displaced a total of 9 times. Every building, every school, and every area that the Abu Daqqa family has since resided in has been bombed, even once with white phosphorus. They have been forced to evacuate on foot each time, taking treacherous journeys through rubble, past bodies lined on the street, with snipers only feet away in the distance.

Iman relies on this campaign in order to feed her family, provide her children with clean drinking water, purchase materials for shelter, and each trip after displacement costs approximately $250 USD. Because there is no work, and both of her husband’s businesses were destroyed, this campaign is the only source of income for the Abu Daqqa family.

All funds donated to this campaign, Iman directly receives via cryptocurrency. With winter approaching, Iman, Omar, and their five children heavily rely on every single donation to feed, home, and clothe themselves.
