Help Tony Rebuild his Workshop!
Donation protected
On Sunday, March 7, a fire destroyed three buildings out at the Iliff family farm. Tony Iliff built his workshops with many willing hands over the past 25 years. Within minutes, the main electronics workshop and two other workshops burned down while fire fighters did their best to get water to the site. These buildings, along with the main metal building, are affectionately known as the “Glue Factory.”
The tools, materials, projects, milled lumber (oak, sycamore, poplar, walnut, cherry) and other precious things these once housed are gone. The kind and inviting spaces that so many friends and family members made together and use for projects, large and small, all burned to the ground, leaving only charred rubble behind.
This fundraiser is created in response to many people, on hearing the news, asking, “How can we help Tony?”
Tony and the volunteers who are helping to rebuild need your help to repair the Glue Factory. Funds that are raised will be used to rent equipment and dumpsters to clear the rubble and assess how to make use of whatever is left. If you’re one of the many that have made some memories with us out at the Glue Factory, or hope to in the future, please consider kicking in on this fundraiser to help out. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
