Help Ibrar rebuild his home
Donation protected
Hi, We have to come together to form this page for our beloved neighbour, friend and family member. On 25th January at around 6am whilst Ibrar was fast asleep in the bedroom upstairs 2 thieves on a police chase lost control of a stolen car and ended smashing right through into Ibrar’s house. One was caught and arrested the other ran away, as reported by the BBC and M.E.N. As reported by the council surveyor most of the lower house and his 5 year old son’s bedroom is damaged and now all rubble a lot of personal items have also been destroyed. The damage is repairable, however, at a hefty cost estimates given around £60k and unfortunately Ibrar has been left to bear the burden of this terrible incident that he had no concern with alone.
Ibrar is a very hard working and caring member of the community and always comes to support and help whoever he can it’s come as a shock to him to accept that such an incident has changed his life so drastically in seconds. Unfortunately he was not fully covered by insurance at this moment.
We are trying to raise awareness and bring about support to help him with whatever we can. All funds will go toward rebuilding and replacing anything we can, we would greatly appreciate the support and really would love to show how communities come together and unite in moments of need.
