HELP HURRICANE MELISSA VICTIMS - JAMAICA

Tax deductible

On October 28th, 2025, the devastating force of hurricane Melissa ripped through Jamaica, uprooting families, destroying homes, and leaving thousands of people on the island in dire need. Entire communities have been left without shelter, electricity, food, clean water, or hope.

The full extent of the devastation is still unclear, as some areas are still inaccessible.

The damage is severe, and the affected people are facing monumental losses.

There are families whose homes are now just rubble, with their personal belongings lost in the flood and wind.

Elderly people and children who are missing essentials like clothing, medicine, clean water, and safe shelter.

Local businesses and livelihoods have been shattered, leaving many without income or the ability to rebuild.

This Fund is designed to provide critical, immediate assistance and rebuild support in the hardest-hit areas of Jamaica.

The funds will go towards:

  • Providing temporary shelter, tarps, and emergency repairs for destroyed homes.

  • Supplying hot meals, clean drinking water, hygiene kits, diapers, and baby supplies.

  • Offering medical aid and medications for injured or displaced individuals.

  • Supporting local Jamaican crews and volunteers to ensure efficient recovery work on the ground.

We believe in the strength and resilience of the Jamaican people. But the scale of this disaster is beyond what local communities can face alone. With your help, we can stand stronger together than the storm. Your donation, no matter the amount, will make a tangible difference.

Please help by donating today.
And if you’re unable to give right now, you can still make a huge impact by sharing this fundraiser with your friends, family, and social networks

People who can give blood should visit the offices of the NBTS at 21 Slipe Road in Kingston,

"Your donation can save lives, especially at a time when hospitals are still in emergency mode and every unit counts," Dr. Jacquiline Bisasor-McKenzie, Chief Medical Officer
