Justice for Our Tony – Help Us Honor His Life

With the heaviest hearts, we share the tragic and senseless loss of my beloved father, who was brutally taken from us on Mother’s Day afternoon. Just hours after our family’s peaceful gathering, he was violently assaulted and robbed—an act of cruelty that has shattered our lives.

Due to the severity of his injuries, my dad was declared brain dead 48 hours later. On May 13th at 3:15 PM, we made the heartbreaking decision to let him go peacefully, surrounded by love.

My father was the heart of our family—a source of strength, kindness, and unwavering love. We are now faced with unimaginable grief and the difficult task of seeking justice for him, while also trying to cover the significant expenses that have followed: funeral and memorial services, a private autopsy, legal and investigative support, and other unforeseen costs.

We are asking for help from our community, friends, and anyone moved by our story. No family should have to endure such a tragedy, and no one deserves to leave this world the way my father did.
