Hello, my name is Kathryn, the sister and primary caregiver for my beloved brother, Slavic Perekipchenko. In February of 2023, Slavic was diagnosed with a terrible sickness called ALS, AKA Lou Gehrigs Disease. He has been fighting hard, raised two beautiful sons, and rose above all to let his personality shine. He never let this disease define who he was or let it stand between him and the world. He was intelligent, caring, and somehow even in a wheelchair, was able to be so powerful to change the lives of everyone who was close to him.

In early August of 2024, he was rushed into the ER for respiratory issues. ALS was beginning to take his body. After being incubated for 12 days, it was time to let his suffering end. He was transported into the OR, as he was an organ donor, to save the lives and families of others.

We are asking for help to let his legacy live on. He has a 15 and 1 year old son ready to take on the world. We would like to give these proceeds to both of them to live happy and healthy lives, and donate a portion to the ALS Foundation. We would also be using some of the proceeds for his services and last wishes. He touched our lives more than he knew, and we, his family, have to give the same back to him. Even a cent would show your compassion and support.
