Just days before this weekend’s Hog Fest, we discovered an unexpected and heartbreaking setback—our event trailer, filled with critical festival equipment, was stolen.
This trailer contained essential items we rely on to bring Hog Fest to life. With the event right around the corner, we are now facing a tight deadline and the urgent need to replace everything quickly—an estimated loss of nearly $25,000.
Hog Fest isn’t just about barbecue, music, and community fun—it’s about giving back. Proceeds from this event support Mobile Meals of Spartanburg, an organization that delivers approximately 1,300 meals every single day to homebound residents across Spartanburg County.
Because of this theft, the funds we had planned to donate are now at risk of being redirected to cover replacement costs. To put it in perspective, a $25,000 loss is equivalent to roughly 3,600 meals for our neighbors in need.
We are asking for your help to bridge this gap.
Your support will not only help us recover what was lost and ensure Hog Fest goes on as planned—it will also protect the vital contribution this event makes to feeding our community.
Every dollar makes a difference, and every share helps us get one step closer to making this weekend a success for everyone.
Thank you for standing with us, supporting Hog Fest and Mobile Meals, and helping ensure that no one in our community goes without a meal.
