Help Heuer's Country Store

There really hasn't been a time when the little store wasn't part of our rural community, whatever its name was.  For years, though, it's been Heuer's Little Country Store and Jamie & Tammy have fed, laughed and supported the community around them.  Jamie was just presented with a community award for his support. 

The restaurant is closed down right now because the lagoon does not meet Boone County environmental code requirements.  While the Heuer's are trying to figure out how to meet compliance, they will be without a source of income and the employees will also be without jobs.

Preliminary reports are that there will be fees for plans for the system, the actual system & installation, and other items to be covered.   This is going to be costly and may even affect the ability for the restaurant to re-open. 

Let's help out the Heuer family during this time.  Funds collected will be donated to Jamie and Tammy to cover the loss of income, costs of the store being closed and if possible, the actual system.
