A hardworking employee of mine is a courageous woman who recently made the difficult decision to escape an abusive relationship. In order to protect herself, she left everything behind and is now living in her car. Despite these unimaginable challenges, she continues to show up for work every day, determined to rebuild her life and regain her independence.

The cost of housing in our area is extremely high, making it nearly impossible for her to secure a safe place quickly. She is working hard, but the expenses for a security deposit, first month’s rent, and basic necessities are overwhelming. Without support, it will be very difficult for her to move from this period of survival into a place of stability and hope.
