As you may be aware, our youngest sister, Henna, has bravely battled for her life and come very close to losing it. Her journey is a testament to resilience and miracles. I can still recall the doctor's excited voice, saying, "By chance, you contracted strep throat, by chance, you took antibiotics intended for another ailment that led to a severe illness requiring colon removal, and by chance, we discovered and removed a stage 3 cancerous tumor from your body!"

Henna now faces the daily challenges of living with an ileostomy bag while caring for a toddler. She is unable to work to support herself and her child. Yet, the most daunting challenge in her life is the fear of the disease's return. Doctors have cautioned that without rigorous medical precautions and significant lifestyle changes, the cancer might resurface, potentially more aggressive since they were unaware of it during the colon removal.

To avert such dire outcomes, this campaign is an invitation to offer mutual aid to assist with covering Henna's out-of-pocket medical costs and the income she has lost during her recovery. Asking for help can be incredibly tough, but not doing so would only lead to feelings of instability and uncertainty about the future. Instead, we aim to provide her with a sense of security, strength, and a support network to guide her and her family forward.
