Hello friends! Helmut here. I bet you’ve been wondering what I’ve been up to lately! Well, I’ve been lucky enough to have traveled the world, telling my story and trying to help others breathe out worry. I’m reaching out today to ask you for your help.

As you know, my friends in Ukraine are experiencing the most challenging times in their lives, and I really want to help them. I am working on finding friends to translate my story into Ukrainian, Polish, and Russian so they can learn strategies for self-regulation and stress management in these trying times. It would be so nice to give them my story in their native language, and I could also pay these friends for their time. Do you think you can help me?

There are many helpers on the borders of Ukraine providing food, shelter and resources for Ukrainian refugees. My good friend Lilita recently visited Poland to help those living through this humanitarian crisis.
