My son, George Miller is in the ICU in critical condition after he was brutally and viciously hit over the head over a dozen times with a hammer in a completely random, unprovoked attack in Seattle, WA, around midnight or just after, on 5/3-5/4/26 in front of the Renaissance Hotel at 6th and Madison.

He had been there almost 2 hours waiting for a ride. They said the suspect looked like he was hunting for someone to attack, then simply walked away leaving him there to die.

My son is fighting for his life in the ICU at Harborview Medical Center, still fully sedated, intubated, and on a ventilator. It is nothing short of an absolute miracle he is alive. This could have been anyone, but it was my son.

This will be a very long recovery and even then he will be in ICU at least several weeks, the hospital likely several months or more, and then an Adult Rehabilitation for what I've only been told as 'quite some time.' We don't know the outcome or long-term effects. He will clearly have many needs and a great amount of care, and I want to hire a private detective or have the time to investigate this ourselves to stop this from happening to anyone else and I want justice for Georgie.

Any help is greatly appreciated and will go toward his medical bills, long-term care, and many, many needs, as well as to take some of the financial burden off our family and help in our investigation efforts and to support him.

Everything is so hard right now, I feel like I'm in a daze, nothing makes sense.
