I'm hoping to raise $2,400 (two stimulus checks) to help out our friend and neighbor, Hard Workin' Bob, during this terrible Corona Virus outbreak so he can find a safe place to sleep, some food to keep him healthy and the basics of hygiene that's so important right now.
HWB is a master fixer. For years he worked for a major video production rental house in San Francisco fixing everything from lights to $250,000 dollies, to the trucks all the way to laptops and cell phone screens and everything in between. A truly impressive skillset.
But his first passion has always been his music and when stopped working for the production house he refocused on his first love and opened a recording studio in the Tenderloin district in SF. Meanwhile his band Chief Tail, fresh off a releasing a record produced by the legendary Steve Albini, toured the country rocking the faces off audiences from coast to coast. In fact they had booked a European tour but then the whole world came to a screeching halt when the virus hit.

He's Hard Workin', Hard Lovin' and Hard Livin' and one of the most truly honest people you'll ever meet. What you see is what you get with Bob and you're lucky if you ever got to talking music with him or telling stories.
Now he's on the streets. Like many people he found himself out of income and out of options. He's endured violence, spider bites, rain storms and isn't able to maintain the minimum hygiene we all need to stay safe. He won't be getting the US Government's stimulus checks and he won't be getting unemployment insurance.
So I'm trying to raise $2,400 to help him to stay as healthy as he can while we're all waiting for life to "get back to normal" so he can get back to recording in his studio and get his band back on the road for that tour in Europe.
All of the the money will go immediately into his pockets and that same night get him off the streets of San Francisco. Please help our friend Bob. He'd be there to help you.
