On what started as a normal day, I saw someone who appeared to be in a car accident and stopped to help, wanting to do the right thing. Instead, I was attacked, my car was destroyed, and my life was put in danger. The person who attacked me also went after the police officer who arrived on the scene, and I had to help the officer subdue the attacker. The attacker had tried to attack a woman 10 minutes earlier, but she was able to drive away. I was rushed to the hospital by ambulance, where I learned I had four broken ribs, a brain bleed, multiple contusions, and a concussion. The attacker kicked in the windshield, hood, and roof of my car. The physical pain and trauma from that day have been overwhelming, and the emotional toll has been just as heavy.
My name is Hans, and my family and I live paycheck to paycheck. We are not wealthy. Now, on top of trying to heal, I am facing auto and hospital deductibles, as well as tens of thousands of dollars in medical expenses. Even with insurance, I have no idea how these bills will be paid. This will help with bills and expenses. The uncertainty is frightening, and the financial burden is more than we can handle alone.
If you are able to help, I am deeply grateful. Please share my story with as many people as you can. This person tried to kill me, and I don't want anyone else to go through what I did. Together, we can bring awareness and support each other in times of need. From my heart and my family's heart, thank you for your kindness and support. You have no idea what we can accomplish together.. We need to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. If you are ever in a situation where you are fighting for your life, fight with everything you have. Draw on all the love you have in your life and don't let the attacker take your life or your humanity from you.

UPDATE. I feel the system victimizes survivors equally as attacker. This man was charged w a crime w penalties equal to stealing $500. Also, my insurance has denied the PIP (personal injury protection) portion of my claim, which helps cover the medical bills because I was not directly involved in accident. I cant even begin to imagine the total financial liability with all these new developments but I'm Alive!
But even with all that we are entering the holiday weekend and please smile and wish a stranger you are passing a happy holiday weekend. I know for me especially, w these events, it would be so meaningful. Together, we can make a difference, also remember even individually we do as well. Blessing to all my new friends. He is still charged w simple battery which has very similar consequences as stealing 500 bucks of merchandise. Ive received no return calls back from victims advocates attorney generals office or attorney General office. In some aspects I beleive they are worse than the attacker because their job is too protect us! THIS MAN CAN NOT BE ALLOWED TO HAVE NO CONSEQUENCES FIR THIS OR WHAT WILL STOP HIM FROM DOING IT AGAIN! I Refuse to be victimized over and over. Also, any funds should I be able to collect from him YOU HAVE MY WORD I will put a portion back into others thru their gofundme campaigns on your behalf. Keep in mind he has a $5k bond and he has not bonded out. I wonder if he's always been a crappy person and thats why no one is helping him. I truly want to thank each of you in person. I know that's an impossible task at moment but what if! I will try somehow!

The original goal allows me to actually focus on healing my body. My soul has been healed because as I knew good people exist. We,ve all shown that together. Many people have reached out to ask for updates im going to ask the news people if they can help me establish a Facebook, tiktok and Instagram account for these updates. I also am determined to somehow thank each of you individually with a handshake and a hug. I mean that. I beleive his evil act has rewarded us all w seeing humanity at its best. Hes still in jail, his $5,000 bond has not been posted. His charges have not been upgraded, hes still charged w simple battery. Im working on getting social media up for you because so many have reached out and would like updated. Im hoping to have them up by weekend. Blessing to you all!

Still no upgraded charges. A simple battery is still the charge. I did a live w Chanel 35 fox orlando this morning in studio in an attempt to keep you updated, because i owe that to you . The socials are coming slowly hopefully this weekend and i wont hsve to update any longer via this page. For the most part this social media stuff is new to me. Im trying ny best between doctor follow ups, calls to prodecutors office and gathering my own evidence for their case.l even tho ive signed releases for all the information. Media is telling me to hire an attorney to push the prosecutors office. From what im being told the attacker has nothing of value and another case has been filed by his girlfriend or wife for eviction from her home. Imagine that poor womans horror. I hope she is ok.
If we reach the goal l, it will allow me to be ok for the most part financially. I simply cant hire multiple attorney's the prosecutors office should be looking out for me snd they aren't, at least up until this point. This is certainly eye opening. Slowly im making progress on the social media outlets so we can connect there. Again, i dont know what to say, other than thank you. Its your messages and kind gestures w healing words helping me mentally to fight the storm ahead. Physically im healing. Mentally its really tough. I mean tough. Everything i think we are okay another road block hits whether w his charges or us financially and more specifically emotionally. Im afraid to sit w myself and reconcile the events. Hi Hans. I saw your story on the news. I barely survived a car accident, I just wanted to say I hope you know that when someone stopped to report my accident it gave me such hope. I was pinned in my car, bleeding internally, with broken bones and a bursted bladder. I couldn't reach my phone, but someone saw my accident and pulled over. He never came to the car, but just seeing him made me feel better, cuz I saw he was calling the cops. What happened to you was unfair and terrible. But I hope you don't let that terrible person take away your faith in humanity. I never got to thank the man who helped me, so I'll thank you instead.
