Life has a way of throwing challenges our way, and Hannah and her family have faced more than anyone should ever have to go through.
Last year, a hurricane flooded their neighborhood in Pinellas Park — an area that had never been known for flooding. Their home was destroyed, and they had to start completely over. After months of waiting and battling with insurance, they finally managed to put in new floors and walls just last week, finally starting to feel a little normal again.
But before they even had the chance to settle in, tragedy struck once more. A fire broke out and destroyed the home they had just started to rebuild. Everything they worked so hard for is now gone.
Hannah’s family has been left with almost nothing to salvage. All of their photos and keepsakes are gone. Hannah is not the type to ask for help, but no family should have to carry this kind of burden alone. That’s why I’m creating this page — to help them with the basics like clothes, food, and temporary housing, and to support them on the long road of rebuilding their lives.
Any donation, big or small, will make a difference in giving them stability and comfort during this incredibly difficult time. And if you’re not in a position to give, please consider sharing their story so it can reach others who may be able to help.
Let’s come together to remind this family that even in the hardest moments, there is still light, love, and community.
Thank you for any support you can give.
