Last night around 12:30am, my family’s apartments / 4-plex started on fire. We are very thankful Hanna woke up to the smell of smoke right away and safely got herself and everyone out in time. Hanna got her children out safely then woke her neighbors to get them up & out. Hanna is the single mother to my 4 year old niece Penelope and the mom of 8 month old Sabrina. Hanna currently had her mom, dad and sister staying with her from out of state. Hanna’s apartment suffered the worst damage as the fire started in the basement right below her. She has been told nothing is salvageable in her apartment, loosing everything she owned. I am asking anyone who may be able to help Hanna and her children, please consider doing so. They will be needing to completely start over with absolutely nothing with them.

Below are some items that could really help this family out immensely right now, if anyone has some extra things they could give. We will be working hard to find them a place to live and they will need larger items, but right now, the essential items are super important:

Size 17/18 in pants

2X to 3X shirts

Penelope is in a 6T/7T

A coat, hats, gloves, snow pants, etc.

Sabrina is 6-9 months

Infant carrier, stroller & pack n play.

Hanna’s Dad 2XT shirt & pants 32/36 pants
