Help for five families

Hi, I’m Paul and I’m fundraising for my friend Haneen’s mother and her family, who are trying to get to Egypt for their safety. Living in a war zone, they lack clean water, food, shelter, and medical care. They desperately need treatment for malnutrition, infections, and chronic illnesses, as well as perinatal care for Haneen's mother and her newborn.

How the funds will be used

Living expenses: The family currently needs a tent, food, clothing, blankets, and other necessities, including diapers for Haya's infant daughter, Ella. In Egypt, funds will be used for food, medical treatment, and rent on an apartment while the family begins working to cover their expenses.

Travel fees: Each adult in the family must pay $5,000 to cross the border into Egypt, and each child under age 16 must pay $2,500. There are 17 family members, including Haya’s parents, her two brothers, two sisters, their partners, and all of the children.
