Our beautiful baby girl Halo has heartbreakingly been diagnosed with leukaemia.
Halo is 15 months old, and has already had an extremely tough start to life.
When her Mum was about to give birth to Halo, her parents were advised that Halo had a severe hole in her heart and that she would be born with Down syndrome.
Once Halo was here, her fight started. She spent months in the hospital and after having her heart surgery, was told another surgery would be required.
Despite all this, you couldn’t take the smile of this beautiful little girls face.
Just as things we’re looking up & not long after Halo celebrated her 1st birthday, her parents got the heartbreaking news that unfortunately there baby girl has leukaemia.
For the past month Halo has been living in the Monash Children’s hospital going through the fight for her life, receiving chemotherapy.
Only in the past week, Halo’s parents have welcomed a healthy baby boy to the family, Argent.
As you can imagine this should be a very happy time. Spending it at home with your 2 babies, however they are currently in and out of hospital with a newborn and due to Covid restrictions this is even tougher then it should be - Dad is unable to work due to one parent having to be with Halo and one at home with Argent.
Please, we ask if you can help in any possible way to assist this beautiful family a little bit to take a tiny bit of pressure of the financial stress through this hard time.
Any help would be massively appreciated.
Our hearts are with you every step of the way Halo, you are so strong baby girl & we can’t wait to see you at home running around with your little brother ❤️
