Hello everyone,

My name is Deniz Agbaba and I'm trying to help my friend Halima Shehab and her family escape the Genocide in Gaza. I've known her through her brother, Khaled, who has been living in Belgium for 5 years.

Halima has been living with her husband Mohammed and their 2 year old daugther Laila in Nuseirat refugee camp in middle Gaza.

She graduated in English and dreamt of being an English teacher.

Nowadays her daily struggle is staying alive, taking care of her daugther and try to find food.

The situation has become unbareble and forcing Halima to take one of the most difficult decissions in her life: leaving her ancestral ground in order to escape Genocide.

Unfortunately evacuating through Rafah border costs at least 7000 US dollars per person as "coordination fees" paid to the Egyptian Border control through an Egyptian travel agency called Hala toursim, check this report from the gurdian for more information.
