Hi, my name is Gwyn, and I live in the Twin Cities, and I'm in a really rough place right now. I'm escaping a physically and emotionally abusive marriage, and I walked out of the house we rented together about two months ago. She was the one providing the most income to the home, working full time since I lost my software development job almost 2 years ago. She also has the only vehicle between us (one that she recently had two back-to-back hit and runs in), so I've resorted to walking, public transit, and I recently was loaned $20 for an old bike i was able to find on Facebook Marketplace. I've been couch surfing and squatting since then, while trying to find more stable work besides my part time job. I'm starting to get to the end of my savings, and things are gonna get harder until I can get a stable address and a full-time income.
