As many of you know Gustavo is a well-loved waiter at the frequented restaurant Vallartas near Florida College’s campus. Almost every Monday and Tuesday he serves Florida College students dollar tacos with a smile on his face. Gustavo is personable, hard-working, committed, and he truly cares for his customers.
Gustavo works from 8:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. six days a week to provide for his wife and daughter. He opens and closes everyday but Sunday.
The reason we are raising money for Gustavo is so he and his family can fly to Mexico for Christmas.
It has been 20 years since he has been able to go back home.
Each ticket costs roughly $800.
Let’s work together to make a way for Gustavo and his family to make it home this Christmas as a way to show we care and say thank you to the man that consistently serves us with a humble heart.
