Help Guillaume, Aneke and Maïka

 

 

 

Aneke and Guillaume have just brought into the world little baby girl Maïka. They've been so excited, they wanted a child so much.

Unfortunately this sweet baby is born 4 month earlier than expected which adds many complications, causing extra worries and stress for these new parents.

 

The couple was medivaced to British Columbia a few days ago before giving birth and they will not be able to return to their home until Maïka is healthy and out of incubator. Being away from the comfort of their own home, town or surroundings of course creates an extra struggle. This situation has not only forced them to resign from their jobs but also abruptly find housing so that Guillaume and Aneke can remain beside their new born and give her the love and support that will be vital for her to become a strong baby.

 

In addition, they have three dogs they need to care for and that means bringing them to BC as well.

As Aneke is still recovering from the birth it is crucial for her to be in a stress free, relaxing and comfortable environment. Both of them need their strength and rest to overcome these next few month for their daughter.

 

Although they are getting some help from the Yukon Government, it will unfortunately not sufficiently cover their extended stay in Victoria . This is why we would like to offer this family financial support to help them get through this challenge.

If you know Aneke and Guillaume you certainly know that these generous souls are always trying to help everyone around them. This time it is our turn to help and give them the opportunity to properly face the next few months!

 

The funds collected will be used to help them find housing in Victoria, to purchase a flight back and forth to Dawson so that Guillaume can collect their belongings, and for other travel and living expenses.

Both of them are commited to give a part of the funds they receive to the Canada Premature Babies Foundation. This organisation was created to support and help families with premature babies. A link is attached to the bottom of this page for more information.

It's important to acknowledge how expensive housing can be in Victoria. When you add on gas and groceries for the next five months, it's easy to see how these expenses can become a huge burden for a young family.

 

We believe that the funds we wish to collect are completely achievable thanks to everyone's generosity and help. Together we can make this happen by sharing this page to support Aneke, Guillaume, Maïka and their three dogs (Franka, Arthur, Buck).

 

 

Aneke et Guillaume viennent de donner naissance à leur petite fille Maïka, ils sont si heureux!

Malheureusement ils sont confrontés à des complications médicales importantes étant donné que leur fille est née prématurément.

 

Le couple à été envoyé d'urgence en Colombie Britannique il y a quelques jours avant d'accoucher. Hélas ils se retrouvent dans l'obligation d'être loin de leur maison, leur ville et leurs repères jusqu'à temps que Maïka soit en bonne santé et sortie de son incubateur. Cette situation difficile les a obligée à renoncer à leur activité professionnelle. De plus, Guillaume et Aneke sont dans l’obligation de trouver un logement le plus rapidement possible afin qu'il puisse être au côté de leur petite fille pour lui donner le soutien et l'amour qui lui sera vitale pour les prochains mois. Ils aimeraient également pouvoir faire venir leurs trois chiens dont ils doivent s’occuper.

 

Aneke rétablit petit à petit de l'accouchement mais c'est extrêmement important pour elle et Guillaume d'être dans un environnement et une atmosphère relaxante afin d'avoir l'énergie et le repos nécessaire pour affronter les mois à venir.

 

La participation du Gouvernement du Yukon couvrira une partie des frais mais pas suffisamment pour subvenir à leurs besoins à Victoria. C'est pour cela que nous voulons venir en aide à cette famille et leur offrir la possibilité de traverser cette épreuve sans avoir d'angoisse financière.

Si vous connaissez un peu Aneke et Guillaume vous savez parfaitement que ce sont deux êtres qui ont consacré énormément de leur temps à venir en aide aux autres. Cette fois-ci c'est à notre tour de pouvoir leur offrir notre aide et soutien pour accomplir cette mission!

 

Les fonds collectés serviront à payer leur logement à Victoria, un billet d'avion pour que Guillaume puisse faire un aller retour à Dawson pour récupérer le nécessaire et enfin une partie sera allouée au transport et coût de vie.

 

Les deux s’engagent à rendre une partie des fonds à la Fondation Canadienne de bébés prématurés. Cette association à pour but d'aider les naissances prématurées à travers le Canada et venir au soutien au famille. Vous pouvez trouver le lien en bas de cette page pour plus d'informations.

A savoir, le prix des logements à Victoria peut atteindre des sommes considérables, ajoutez à cela les frais d'essence et de provisions pour les cinq prochains mois : ces dépenses peuvent très rapidement devenir un poids pour une jeune famille.

 

Nous pensons que la somme que nous souhaitons collecter est tout à fait réalisable grace à l'aide et la bonté de chacun. Afin de mener à bien cette collecte c'est à nous de partager au maximum cette page pour Aneke, Guillaume, Maïka et leur trois chiens (Franka, Arthur, Buck).
