The impact of the COVID-19 virus has hit home for the Gryphon Cafe baristas and staff. Gryphon’s West Chester and Kensington locations are closed in compliance with state and local mandates. The Wayne location remains open, for the time being, with limited hours for take-out orders only.
We, the Gryphon community, have always felt a strong connection towards one another. Right now, we employees are banding together to try and help each other out during this time of uncertainty. We are asking for your help, as well.
Currently, the holding pattern that has been put into place is creating a large financial burden on the employees, who no longer have a means of income. Your donation will be directly aiding those of us who are in need. We will be available to answer your questions regarding your home brewing experience, recommend types of brew recipes and equipment, as well as advise you on different brewing techniques.
