Who We Are
Green Lung Studio started as a labor of love — a place where creativity, collaboration, and community could thrive. Over time, it’s grown into something much bigger than we imagined: a welcoming home for theatre-makers, musicians, dancers, filmmakers, students, and dreamers of all kinds.
We’re a small, community-driven space with a big heart, and we’re proud to support grassroots performances, school programs, film shoots, and live events that bring people together and give local talent a space to create and thrive.
Why We're Raising Funds
To keep up with the incredible growth and evolving needs of our creative community, we’re reaching out for support as we take the next big step in our journey. Green Lung Studio is in urgent need of infrastructure upgrades to continue growing as a functional, flexible space for the wide range of events, performances, and productions we are proud to host.
With your support, we hope to:
- Build a modular stage to better support our theatre, dance, and music programs
- Install a lighting grid and control system for flexible, professional-quality productions
- Upgrade our power access to safely accommodate lights, gear, and live shows
-Improve audience experience by upgrading outdated seating.
- Make critical repairs to the space to keep it functional, safe, and welcoming
- Replace our recently stolen laptop, which was our main hub for bookings, communication, and project management
Every contribution helps us take one more step toward creating a sustainable, inclusive creative space that continues to serve local artists, students, and collaborators for years to come.
Thank you for believing in what we’re building — and in the power of community-supported art.
If you’re interested in supporting us long-term, please consider becoming a part of our journey through our Patreon . Every bit of ongoing support helps us sustain the space, plan ahead, and continue saying “yes” to local artists, students, and storytellers.
