I am beyond grateful to share some amazing news with all of you. Thanks to the overwhelming support from everyone —through donations, shares, and encouragement—we’ve raised over $1,500!

Even more incredible, we’ve found a fully furnished house for them to stay in, and it’s been approved they are finalizing the details through insurance. This wouldn’t have been possible without each and every one of you who contributed or spread the word.

Hello, my name is Summer Harson, and my family doesn’t know I’m creating this GoFundMe. I’m reaching out on behalf of my Grandma Judy, my cousin Melissa, and her son Rylan, who have recently lost everything in a devastating house fire caused by an electrical issue with a ceiling fan.

This year has already been unimaginably hard for them. My grandma has endured the loss of her husband and her son, and now she’s lost her home and all the personal memories that came with it. Earlier this year, Melissa and Rylan also experienced the sudden loss of Rylan’s dad, leaving their hearts broken and their lives forever changed.

This fire has taken so much—irreplaceable photos, cherished belongings, and the home that held so many memories. Right now, they are staying in a motel while working with insurance to figure out their next steps, but it’s a long and difficult process, and the holidays are here. This is the last thing they should have to deal with right now.

I’m asking for your help to give them some peace of mind and a little relief during this incredibly tough time. Donations will go toward:
