Support Grandma Barb’s Fight Against Cancer & Kidney Failure

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out on behalf of someone incredibly special — my grandma, Barb.

Barb has been fighting multiple myeloma and stage 4 kidney failure for the past five years. What most people don’t know is that she spent the first two years of that battle in silence, keeping it to herself because she didn’t want to burden anyone.

That’s just who she is — strong, selfless, and stubborn in the best way. Even now, despite everything she’s facing, she still works part-time because her Social Security isn’t enough to cover her monthly bills. She’s the kind of person who would rather go without than ask for help — but it’s time we rally around her the way she’s always shown up for everyone else.

Earlier this year, she got very sick and was down for almost two months. That setback hit her hard financially, and now she’s struggling to catch up on bills while still managing treatments and daily life.

We're asking for your help to lift some of that weight off her shoulders — whether it’s helping cover overdue bills, or just giving her a little breathing room during an unimaginably hard time. Any funds donated will be used to help with medical bills and just everyday bills like heat, water and rent.
