Ribbon Cutting Ceremony of Gorgée D’Art Winery!

At Gorgée D’Art Wines, we’ve always moved with intention, creating not just a wine brand, but a cultural experience rooted in Black joy, artistry, connection, and community.

We were founded in the thick of COVID and have stood strong with grace and purpose ever since. Our wines, especially our CBD-infused offerings, hold deep personal meaning. They were inspired by the memory of my mother, the late Beverly A. Scott, whom we lost to cancer. In her honor, we’ve partnered with oncology organizations to provide safe, soothing options for those undergoing chemotherapy. This mission is close to our hearts and one we want to continue.

Why We Need Your Help

Our Grand Opening wasn’t just going to be a party, it was meant to be an experience: a gathering that uplifts, affirms, and celebrates the rich tapestry of Black wine lovers, professionals, and creatives from across the country.

But due to unexpected financial hurdles, we’re at risk of postponing until 2026. This dream means too much to delay. With your help, we can still make it happen in 2025.

Where Your Support Will Go:
• Event space & permitting
• Travel & accommodations for featured Black wine professionals & artists
• Interactive art, cultural activations, and immersive experiences
• Staffing, vendor payments, and production
• Continued support of oncology partners through CBD wine collaborations

How You Can Help

Whether you give $10 or $1,000, every single dollar brings us closer to opening our doors and raising a glass together.

If you can’t donate right now, please consider sharing this campaign with your community.

Together, we can make history, celebrate culture, and toast to resilience.

We’ve poured our hearts into Gorgée D’Art Wines, and now it’s time for the moment we’ve been waiting for, the Grand Opening!

But we need your help to make it happen in 2025. Every dollar brings us closer to celebrating Black joy, artistry, and community, together.
