This morning, our friend Godfred Anyang lost his home and everything he owned in a devastating apartment fire.

Thankfully, Godfred is safe. But his apartment and all of his belongings were destroyed. Everything from his clothes and personal belongings to the everyday things that make a home a home is gone.

If you know Godfred, you know that he is so much more than an incredible fitness expert and trainer. He is kind, caring, funny, generous, and is always there to encourage and support the people in his life. He has trained many of us, our friends, and loved ones and treats every client like family.

Now, it is our turn to be there for him.

We are starting this GoFundMe to help him through the immediate aftermath and give him the support he needs to begin rebuilding his life.

Donations will help with temporary housing, clothing, food, transportation, replacing essential belongings, and the many unexpected expenses that come with suddenly losing your home and everything in it.

If Godfred has ever made you laugh, pushed you through a workout, encouraged you when you needed it, or simply made your life a little better, this is our opportunity to give some of that love back to him.
