Help Giyanna Find Her Missing Mom

Hi, my name is Giyanna. I'm 24 years old, and I'm trying to find my mother, who I haven't seen since I was 4 years old. In 2004, I was placed in foster care for being raped/molested, etc. My paternal grandparents drove hours to South Carolina and took me back out of the system, and that was the last time I've seen her.

I last heard from her in 2008. Since then, she has disappeared, and no one has heard from her! I've recently found out that I have a 16-year-old sibling who was born in 2008 and hasn't seen her since. I've heard rumors that she was murdered, kidnapped, or has gotten married and changed her last name. I keep asking myself, if she was alive, why hasn't she contacted me or my brother? Something just isn't right; a mother doesn't just go missing on her child for 19+ years.

I want to know what has happened to my mom. I would like a relationship with her. Worst case scenario, if she has passed, I would still like to know so I can finally close this chapter in my life. My goal is to raise enough money to hire a private investigator, which I have inquired about and ranges from 10k-20k, and help me cover the expense to travel to SC to try to find my mom!

UPDATE: Unfortunately my mom has passed away, I will be trying to get to SC to retrieve her body and bring her back home to me in FL.
