Time has flown! My brother has been sober for almost 5 years and has led a servant life since— also on June 1st, we began our 3rd year of service at Give Recovery— a faith-based recovery home and program in Petoskey, MI.

As siblings and co-founders, we’ve welcomed and walked alongside 25+ guests on their recovery journey. We’ve celebrated 4 graduates, with 2 more preparing for their graduation from our program this summer. Our longest guest was with us almost 2 years, achieving major life goals. Most stay 9–12 months, with personalized goals we track and support.

As we are currently actively interviewing and speaking to guests we will be getting ready to welcome this fall, we are reaching out to ask for help. The support needed is to refresh essential items that have found natural “wear and tear” as well as some other items we have been going without and at a juncture where we need to fulfill:

• 10 sets of sheets/bedding & 10 pillows

• 20 towels + 4 rugs (bath & home)

• Living Space Needs

• Grocery items for Sunday Meals & Stocking Pantry Items

While these needs may seem small, they make a tremendous impact on Give Recovery. Every donation is seen and managed in a meticulous fashion. Please expect to hear updates on how you have helped us.
