Help GG Neighbor! Development Caused Damage!

Hi! I work at Greensgrow Farms located in Kensington. Our immediate neighbor (who's name and address we are protecting) is suffering at the hands of development next door!

If you have been by the site recently you may have noticed a lot of development in the area since we first started here in the 90s. While we all have differing opinions on that here a Greensgrow (as in Philadelphia at large), what we can all agree on is that if development is going to happen it needs to be done safely and current occupants should not be endangered.

After cracks developed in her home because of damage caused by adjacent construction our neighbor had L & I come out. They deemed her home unsafe to inhabit and she was forced out. Forced out of her own home. Now she is searching high and low for attorneys who can help but in the meantime is in need of funds to a) have an engineer come look at her home and see if repairs are feasible b) get said repairs done and c) pay for a lawyer.

This is just heart breaking to us and we offered her as much help as we could provide. If you could donate just $1 then it would be much appreciated.

(You may be wondering why Greensgrow isn't doing this through their GoFundMe? The answer is simple. Donation laws are complicated and our neighbor needs the funds ASAP)

All funds will be given DIRECTLY to our neighbor, none will be kept for Greensgrow or myself.
