Help us get ready for Baby Girl Anderson!!

As you all know, we live overseas and so a traditional baby shower isn't going to be much use to us. We had to get creative in order to get help with some of the bigger expenses as we get ready to welcome our sweet baby girl in February.

The baby will be sleeping in our room for the first year, and it needs quite a makeover. It needs to be repainted, new light fixtures to replace the harsh fluorescents, as well as black-out drapes to help with sleep routines.

We also need to buy essential furniture pieces like a wardrobe or chest of drawers for clothing storage, some extra under-the-bed storage, a crib and mattress and a rocking chair.

We will try to find items used but this can be difficult in our location and we may need to buy a lot of these large items new! This could get pricy. We've set the budget at something we think we can achieve that would help us with most of the essential items. Anything left over will go straight to items for Baby Girl!
