Hi my name is Maria and I am a single mother to two beautiful little kids aged 4 & 2. For everyone who knows me, you would know that my kids have always come first in my life and I would do anything and everything for them. My son Mateo was taken from me on June 12th by his dad due to false allegations that I am abusing him due to bruises on his legs.. He is a 2 year old boy who loves to play rough and is always running & jumping around... Never in a million years would I think to ever harm my children let alone any other human being. His dad is not going down without a fight. He is trying to gain full custody of him and to never let me see him again by painting this awful picture that I am an "unfit" mother and "abuse" Mateo. I am desperate to find myself a lawyer to be able to bring my baby back home...I've tried several legal aid services and one of the lawyers actually stood me up day of hearing.. Financially I do struggle and thankfully landed a new job that I’ll be starting soon but coming up with the money up front in such a short time and unable to get a loan out is weighing down on me.  But needless to say my kids have everything they could ever need and never go without and are filled with an abundance of love. 

Not only am I missing him dearly but his sister Gabriella cries to me about how much she wants her brother back home so they can play together once again. It absolutely breaks my heart. I am absolutely devastated not having my son and it feels like my world is missing. My daughter too has never been in harms way with me even her father believes I am a good mom... Oddly enough, Mateo's dad is the only one here portraying me as a villain... Any donation helps, I'm trying my hardest on my end to make amends but everything is appreciated. Just want my baby back!
