Help get Jerry to Florida

Hi friends and family, as many of you know, dad had a recent medical scare that was pretty serious.  We find ourselves in a situation where we really need help.  Dad is in North Carolina and we need him to be in Florida so we can support and assist him through this transition.  

As hard as it is to ask, we are seeking donations to help with dad's moving expenses and initial payments to get him into a community close to us with nice amenities to keep him active and safe.

Our goal is to have dad moved as soon as possible so he's not left alone in an unsafe environment and he will be closer to family.
