I saw this story this morning and it made me sad and angry. You hear hard-luck stories all the time, but this is a decent man who works hard, and he has nowhere he can call home. Despite his hardship, he exhibits no bitterness and is deeply humble. Our governments have failed us, but let us prove that we can still care for each other. Let's raise enough money to get Dave somewhere he can rent long-term while he holds down a job.
