Hello, my name is Gerson but many of you may know me as Azrael or Az, and I'm reaching out to share my story with you. I hope that by opening up about my journey, I can find the support I need to achieve my dream of becoming a permanent resident of the United States.

I was brought to this country as an undocumented immigrant when I was just 8 months old. My parents, who themselves had dreams of providing me with a better life, made incredible sacrifices to ensure that I had the opportunities they never did. They instilled in me the values of hard work, determination, and gratitude.

In 2019, I met the love of my life, Adrian. We shared our dreams and aspirations, and in 2020, we made a commitment to each other by getting married. Our love has given me strength and purpose, but we face a significant hurdle on our path to building a life together – my immigration status.

We've been diligently saving money to cover the costs of filing for my permanent residency and hiring an attorney to navigate the complex process. However, life circumstances have thrown unexpected challenges our way, making it difficult for us to get started on this important journey.
