Help George Buy His First House

Hello, my name is George.

The woman in the picture was my girlfriend of 3 years. Her name was Carla.

Carla passed away from health complications due to Cystic Fibrosis at the beginning of May. We were roommates in the condo she had that her ex-husband owned. It was part of their divorce settlement that he would provide her the condo for free.

I would like to buy the house from her ex, but currently do not have sufficient funds needed for a full down payment on the tentative mortgage. The ex would like to sell the condo within the next few weeks, and I would greatly appreciate any support that would allow me to keep the condo. We spent the last 3 years adding all sorts of personal touches that truly made this place my home, as well as hers.
