Help Geno Cortez's heart disease Battle

Hi my name is Pat I am fundraising for Geno. He is a father, a son, a brother, a friend to many, a loving husband to my niece Eileen. He has served many years working graveyard shifts serving the community as an EMT. I have known him many years and he is very considerate and kind to all people and animals. He was on his way to work to support his family of four, when he was struck down with a congenital heart attack. He had the strength and wisdom to bring himself to the ER where he is now awaiting open heart surgery. My niece is a new mother and is working in a custodial position to support her family and the new baby boy. Their bills are mounting and they could use some love and kindness.
