The garbage collector, who has now become my friend, was a constant presence at my apartment complex, collecting trash five days a week. Genevieve's loyal dog was always by her side, and their bond was truly special. One day, I posted a video of her and her dog on TikTok, and it went viral, touching people everywhere. I even bought her dog a matching safety vest so they could work together safely and stylishly.

Her son recently contacted me and told me she's going through a tough time. She's currently separated, and to keep her garbage collection job, she sold her Jeep and bought a van for more comfort. She now lives with her dog and children in a small one-bedroom apartment, working hard to make ends meet. Despite everything, she greets everyone she meets with a smile and a kind word.

I started this fundraising campaign because I want to help her through this difficult time. The funds raised will be used to cover her living expenses, help her find a larger home for herself and her family, and hopefully give her some time to enjoy life and her family again.
