Who I Am:
My name is Mohammed Abu Shawarib, a humanitarian volunteer from the Gaza Strip.
Where I’m From:
I am currently living in Gaza, Palestine, and working on the ground to support displaced families affected by the ongoing humanitarian crisis.
Who We Are Helping:
Through our grassroots initiative called “Aman Mohammed” (“Aman” means safety and protection in Arabic), we are supporting displaced civilians — especially children, women, and the elderly — who have lost their homes and access to basic needs due to the current crisis.
We are not affiliated with any government or political group.
Our efforts are purely humanitarian.
Who Will Receive the Funds:
The funds raised will go directly toward purchasing and distributing emergency aid for families currently displaced in Gaza.
This includes:
• Food packages
• Clean drinking water
• Medicines
• Sanitary items
• Blankets and mattresses
• Baby formula and diapers
• Psychological support materials for children
All distribution is done by our local volunteer team, in coordination with shelters and community leaders, ensuring that aid reaches the most affected.
How We Will Use the Funds:
Funds will be used to:
• Purchase supplies from local vendors (when possible)
• Cover safe local transportation and distribution logistics
• Prepare emergency kits for families in urgent need
Transparency:
We will share regular updates and photos (with consent) of distributions and purchases to ensure full transparency.
If requested, we are also happy to collaborate with vetted NGOs to handle fund delivery and oversight
