My name is Axel Vohs, and I’m raising funds on behalf of a true friend, Garry Greer.

Today, Garry’s son, Garrison, turned 5 years old. Like every father, Garry’s greatest wish is simply to be present in his son’s life — to guide him, love him, and show him what it means to be a good man. Unfortunately, Garry is facing significant legal fees as he fights for the right to see and spend time with his son.

I’ve known Garry for almost 10 years, and I can say with full confidence that he is one of the most loyal, caring, and selfless people you will ever meet. He grew up in a disadvantaged neighborhood but worked tirelessly to improve his circumstances, determined to create a better future for his son.

If you know Garry, you know he would give you the shirt off his back without hesitation. What he will never do is ask for help for himself. He’s a humble man whose only priority is being the best father he can be. When Garry does get the chance to see his son, he makes every moment count — whether it’s mini golfing, playing sports, going to the park, or simply showing up at school to watch Garrison walk in with a smile.

This fundraiser is about giving a father the chance to be there for his child. Every dollar raised will go directly toward Garry’s legal expenses, so he can secure the time and rights he needs to continue being the involved, loving dad that Garrison deserves.
