Help Garret Recover After a Life Threatening Hit-and-Run

Donation protected
On February 27, our dear Garret Rouleau was involved in a life-threatening felony hit-and-run accident that changed everything in an instant.

A driver ran a red light and violently T-boned Garret’s vehicle, triggering an 8-car collision. The impact was severe, and the driver responsible fled the scene. By the grace of God and the incredible work of first responders, Garret survived, but the road to recovery will be long and difficult. The crash remains under investigation.

Garret suffered multiple broken ribs, a ruptured spleen, a hairline skull fracture, a severe leg sprain and a concussion. He was hospitalized for a week and is currently focusing on healing one day at a time. Doctors expect his recovery to take several months, with follow-up appointments and rehabilitation ahead.

In addition to his injuries, Garret’s vehicle was completely lost in the crash. His car was essential for getting to work and providing for himself. In an instant, both his health and his transportation were taken from him.

We are beyond grateful he is still here with us but the physical pain is only part of the battle. The financial burden of medical bills, lost wages, and replacing reliable transportation is overwhelming.

Garret was hesitant to ask for help, as he’s always been someone who works hard and takes care of himself. But the truth is, everyone needs help sometimes — and this is one of those moments.

We are raising funds to help cover:
• Emergency medical bills
• Ongoing hospital and rehabilitation expenses
• Lost wages during recovery
• Replacement transportation
• Daily living expenses while he heals

Anyone who knows Garret knows he is a kind, hardworking individual with a truly giving heart. He’s always been someone others can count on and now it’s our turn to show up for him.

If you’re able to give — no amount is too small — it would mean the world. If you can’t donate, sharing this page helps just as much.

Let’s come together as a community and show Garret he’s not facing this alone. Please keep him in your prayers.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

(As Garret focuses on healing in the hospital, we have created this page on his behalf to help support him during this difficult time.)
