Help Gale Cook with World Central Kitchen Poland

Donation protected
Please help support me while I donate my time and skills to the people of Ukraine.  I am traveling to the Polish border town of Przemysl to cook with Jose Andres' people at World Central Kitchen (wck.org), where we will be working to prep and deliver fresh food & hot meals to those arriving from recently evacuated Ukrainian cities.

My travels will be taking place over Mother's Day weekend in the United States, which coincides with Ukrainian Mother's Day. I can’t think of a better way to spend my Mother’s Day than by helping other mother’s and their children who have been displaced by the unfortunate chaos they are enduring.  I can only hope my contributions will help give them some small form of relief during this truly unfortunate time.

Funds received will be utilized to cover travel expenses with any excess being donated directly to World Central Kitchen.

Getting professionally trained chefs over to the relief zone is critically important as one professionally trained chef can prep much more food than civilian volunteers.

Thank you for your support.
