Twenty nine years ago I met Michael. I was widowed with two pre teen children and for some odd reason he took on this crew. The kids are in their 40's now with homes and kids of their own. We are very proud parents and grandparents. Our housing has always been connected to our employment. That changed 15 years ago and we started renting. We have moved 3 times in 15 years . Never thought we could afford our own home. California real estate is insane. Recently, land values started to drop and we discovered that we might have a chance.
