Help Fundraise Sacramento PC Gaming's Pool Party Meetup

Hey Sacramento PC Gamer Locals,

We are fundraising for our our Summer Pool Party Meetup. We have already made a deposit to reserve a small cabana and connected lawn area to allow us to have the space needed for all potential swimmers. We will also add on a party room to the reservation if we meet the stretch goal for fundraising. The party room is indoors and has a/c for attendees who want a climate-controlled area for the event, it costs an extra $400 to add on.

Here are the actual goal milestones:

$350 - To cover the cost of Small Cabana + Lawn area (20 + 80 swimming guests)

$750 - To add the Party Room (+50 non-swimming guests)

Any amount over $350, but not meeting $750 goal will instead end up being earmarked for event pleasantries (food, canopies, utensils)
