About
Tucson Erotica is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit in Tucson, Arizona that provides opportunities and support for erotic artists, performers + educators. Since 2001, Tucson Erotica has platformed erotic expression through its robust organizing of community events and is one of the only erotic art festivals in Arizona providing artists opportunities to showcase their work free from censorship. We don't want to stop - for the 2026 season we're depending on grassroots organizing and donations to keep on going!
Our Mighty Budget
Our donation goal of $20,000 will go towards facilitating the upcoming TEAS 2026 Gallery Exhibition from April 24-26th and helping sustain Tucson Erotica into the 2027 season.
Each year Tucson Erotica provides hundreds of opportunities for erotic artists, performers + educators and facilitates a multitude of community events that celebrate sexuality and body-positivity including a gallery exhibition, film festival, art market, dance party, variety performance showcase and so much more!
- 20% towards Performers- Performers bring the magic; they make events come alive. Each year we bring on a diverse cast specializing in all walks of eroticism and kink.
- 15% towards Venue Rental- This is the rent for the venue where Tucson Erotica's 2026 gallery exhibition will be held.
- 15% towards Labor- The festival will require hired hands to set up and tear down.
- 15% towards Operating Costs- This goes towards expenses like chair rentals, advertising flyers, event security, etc.
- 10% towards Merch- This goes towards purchasing Tucson Erotica merchandise to sell at the events.
- 25% towards Savings for Next Season- Money in the "honey-pot," our savings account in preparation for the 2027 season.
The Leadership Team
Bella - Director
Bella Laos is a multimedia artist based in Tucson, specializing in boudoir and event photography. She has served as a leadership team member for Tucson Erotica since 2023 and stepped into her new role as director at the close of the 2025 season. Bella is passionate about creating safe and inclusive spaces for adults to celebrate sexuality and body-positivity as well as providing opportunities and support for artists and performers.
Sara - Production Manager
Sara Luu is a film director and production designer based out of Tucson, Arizona. Her work in indie-film making has over the years built a fluid sense of pragmatism for art-based projects. She is excited to help empower artists, performers, facilitators, and community members this season.
Douglas - Gallery Manager + Artist Liaison
Douglas Fur is an artist and gallery manager residing in the northwest corner of Tucson. He has exhibited his work at Seattle Erotica, Detroit Dirty Show, and for the last four years at Tucson Erotica. He is passionate about helping artists exhibit their work and helping find a community that will support and appreciate it.
Kelly - Volunteer Coordinator
Kelly was born and raised in Tucson and community building is their passion. Exploring liberatory frameworks in their art, work, and life, Kelly started volunteering for Tucson Erotica in 2025 where they had a lot of fun making connections in the Tucson art scene.
