I am an artist who grew up in and lives in Boulder Creek. I believe public art helps keep communities hopeful and connected, and I’d love to help nurture that in our community. I will be creating a mural on the side of The Mat in downtown Boulder Creek (the wall facing the taco truck). The mural will be fun, family-friendly, and will honor our local flora and fauna.

As an artist, it feels weird to be creating and selling art in these difficult times we live in. That’s why I will donate 40% of the funds raised back into the community, to Mountain Community Resources, a local nonprofit organization. The rest of what is raised will go towards the materials and time it will take to create the mural.

My goal is to use my art to brighten and support our beautiful community. I appreciate any help towards achieving that.
