Hello all,

My name is Julia Rettle. I have organized the I Am Jane Doe rally in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. The insurance to hold this event cost me a total of $1,965.00. I am hoping to receive a few donations to help share the burden of this cost. Unfortunately, it was classified as a “political protest,” therefore making it a “high risk” event, hence the high price tag. This event was too meaningful to me to simply walk away or not hold it on this account. I am thankful for any contribution, big or small. I will close this fundraiser if we meet the goal. Should we exceed the total before I am able to close out the fundraiser, I will donate the surplus to Safe Monroe. Thank you all, and have a great day. See you at the rally!
